What we collect
When you send an enquiry through this website, we receive the details you enter — your name, phone number, email address, the area of work, whether you're based in India or abroad, and your message — and the page you sent it from.
How we use it
Only to respond to your enquiry and, if you engage us, to carry out the work. We don't sell or share your details with anyone for marketing.
Confidentiality
Information you share with us is held in confidence, as the ICAI Code of Ethics requires, and disclosed only with your consent or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to an engagement are deleted within a reasonable period. Records of engagements are kept for as long as professional and legal obligations require.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. Google Analytics sets its own cookies (such as _ga), and Google processes that data as described in how Google uses information from sites that use its services. The website sets no other cookies; it only stores a small preference in your browser when you dismiss the notice at the bottom of the page. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

To see, correct or delete the information you've sent us, write to [email protected]. Your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 apply as that law is brought into force.
