How these practice areas fit together
Few clients need only one of these. A new company typically needs a registration, then GST registration if it crosses the threshold, ongoing book-keeping, its statutory audit every year, and ROC annual filings — five practice areas working from the same set of books and the same compliance calendar. An NGO typically needs trust or society registration followed by tax registrations and its own annual compliance. Where a client's work spans more than one area, we coordinate it from the same office rather than treating each filing as a separate, disconnected engagement.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to know which service I want before contacting you?
No. Most enquiries start with a general description of the business or situation; a partner works out which specific service or combination of services applies.
Can one engagement cover more than one practice area?
Yes — a new company, for instance, typically needs registration, GST registration, and then ongoing accounting, GST returns and ROC compliance together. This is the more common pattern, not the exception.
Do you take on one-off work, or only ongoing engagements?
Both. Some work — a certificate, a single registration, a one-time notice reply — is genuinely one-off. Other work, like GST returns or annual ROC filings, is inherently recurring.
Which office should I contact for a specific service?
Any of our seven offices can take the initial enquiry; the engagement is then assigned to whichever partner and office fits the work and your location.
Is there a service you don't offer that I might still ask about?
If it falls outside what's listed here, we'll say so directly rather than taking on work outside our practice areas — ask and we'll point you in the right direction if we can't help.
